Nakheel Hotels is a fully integrated hotel investment and development company that owns, partners and asset manages a range of hotel investments. We have brought Atlantis to Dubai and are actively involved in establishing Dubai as one of the premier tourism destinations in the world. Our portfolio is broadly based and includes:

• Luxury hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental New York, W Hotel Union Square, New York and the One & Only Palmilla, Los Cabos, Mexico. Projects under development include the W Hotel Washington in Washington DC the W Hotel Bangkok, the W Retreat & Residences Koh Samui, Thailand and the Corinthia Metropole Hotel, London.
• Strategic equity investments include major shareholdings in Kerzner International (Atlantis & One & Only brands), International Hotel Investments (Corinthia brand) and the CDL REIT in Singapore. We are also co-investing in new projects with these partners around the world.
• Budget hotels. Here the focus is on the emerging Middle East and Asian markets and includes a master franchise for easyHotel.com and an interest in a fund that is acquiring and developing TuneHotels.com in South East Asia.
• QE2. Announced in 2007, planning is underway to develop an integrated hospitality and entertainment destination at the Palm Jumeirah with this iconic ship as the centrepiece.
