Base pay: We undertake constant benchmarking & analysis to ensure we have competitive pay structures aligned to market conditions in the locations where we operate.

Performance related pay: This offers employees the opportunity to share in that success of Nakheel which is a direct result of their performance. Therefore a proportion of Nakheel's total reward programs will reflect each employee's performance.

How do we help our employees grow and develop?
