New Precinct at International City

A new precinct called ‘Emirates’ is to be added to International City, where the handing over of all buildings in the existing nine precincts has just been completed. Its launch has once again proved the amazing popularity of International City, with 18 of the 26 buildings planned for Emirates precinct selling out within weeks of going on the market.

People voted with their cheque books for this next phase on International City which is currently marking its fifth anniversary since the groundbreaking in early 2003. “Following the tremendous success the company has achieved in developing the nine precincts, investors are eagerly waiting for new opportunities in the new development” said Eng.
