Jumeirah Village will continue to develop as the community grows. Educational and healthcare facilities will be constructed and Jumeirah Village residents will be able to enjoy various recreational facilities. You will be able to get to know your neighbours at the Village Market Centre and enjoy tranquil gardens and open spaces. Village Market Centres are also planned for Jumeirah Village Circle and Jumeirah Village Triangle, providing supermarkets, entertainment, food and beverage outlets and specialty stores.

The amenities planned for Jumeirah Village include mosques; schools; kindergarten/nurseries; cycling trails; a football pitch; a medical clinic; community retail; basketball courts; cricket pitch;
tennis courts; green spaces and water features. Jumeirah Village is intentionally designed to capture a sense of symmetry through an organised radial pattern and medial streets that end in a large central area. At the same time, the design also allows neighbourhoods and open spaces to occur in a more natural and pedestrian friendly manner.
