Our Delegation Team ensures VIP visitors enjoy a warm and well informed welcome. The team consists of a manager, two executives and two coordinators. Presentations are conducted in German, French and Spanish, as well as Arabic and English.

Prior to your visit, a request form captures your specific areas of interest, ensuring the presentation is tailor made. A typical presentation lasts between 30-60 minutes and is followed by a 15 minute Q&A. Presentations utilise rich media. Some also feature scale models, boat trips and site visits. Brochures and other items are then presented. Meetings with the relevant business departments often follow on directly.
