Nakheel Asset Management & Design (NAMAD) is the fastest growing division in our entire organisation, managing the operations, infrastructure and community facilities on behalf of owners and residents.

The NAMAD team facilitates the handover process and provides a continuous quality community management service. It includes a leasing department, infrastructure and facilities management team, community management staff and an owner’s association management department.
