Nakheel, Dubai's leading master-developer, has announced its participation at the Cityscape Dubai 2011.
With the company’s focus remaining on delivering units and services to existing investors and residents, Nakheel, the developer of iconic projects like the Palm Jumeirah and The World, will focus on exhibiting communal properties on several of its developments that are close to completion.
Mr. Ali Rashid Lootah, Chairman of Nakheel said:
“The company is expecting a very active last quarter 2011 and is focusing on delivering units and services to existing investors and residents. Nakheel has representatives on its Cityscape stand for all three days of the show who are able to talk aboutNakheel’s current and completed projects. They will also be able to document any enquiries received on the stand and direct them to the most appropriate respondent. Nakheel is focused on the delivery of a number of projects that are nearing completion and the senior management team is actively engaged in ensuring timely delivery of these units to the satisfaction of its stakeholders.”
Nakheel has successfully completed its financial restructuring, yet is aiming to extend its retail business and improve community services such as the expansion of Dragon Mart Mall and the construction of two new Neighborhood Community Centers, as announced earlier last month.
Nakheel will also open the Palm Park at the heart of the Palm Jumierah, to residents and public soon.
Visitors to the Nakheel stand will experience the event and see how Nakheel is delivering a series of vibrant residential communities that will meet the demands of the distinctive living style in Dubai.
