Lagoon Views District One MBR City Construction Updates

We are pleased to share that Lagoon Views has reached its final stage, with all structural work, building services and exterior finishes completed and the Building Completion Certificate now in hand.

Following a thorough RERA inspection, the project has entered its final phase of preparation for handover. In the coming weeks, our dedicated teams will carry out detailed snagging and de-snagging inspections throughout each apartment and all shared spaces. They will carefully review fixtures, fittings and finishes correcting any minor issues to ensure every door, tile and electrical point functions exactly as intended.

At the same time, we are finalising the RERA registration process. Once the remaining items are closed out and the registration paperwork is complete, we will be in touch to organise your key handover and guide you through the remaining steps. We appreciate your patience and are preparing to welcome you to Lagoon Views.
