Palm Beach Towers

Construction has continued to progress through both internal and external work. Inside the towers, finishing activities such as plastering, flooring, and joinery are advancing, alongside the installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems that will power and service each residence. Externally, façade work and associated finishing activities are ongoing, gradually enclosing the buildings and defining their final appearance.

In the coming quarter, work will focus on further advancing the internal finishes, including detailed joinery and system installations, as well as continuing with mechanical, electrical and plumbing works across multiple levels. These activities will ensure that the interiors are steadily taking shape toward their final form while the essential systems move closer to full readiness.
