Step 1: Gather Your Property Documents
Your bank will require the following property documents to start your mortgage application. You can request them by emailing customersupport@nakheel.com
- Pre-Title Deed
- Handover Notice
- Statement of Account
Arrange Your Property Valuation
Your bank will require a property valuation as part of the mortgage process. To request a valuation appointment, you can send an email to customersupport@nakheel.com
Step 2: Get Your Mogage NOC
Once your bank approves your mortgage, request for a Mortgage NOC by emailing customersupport@nakheel.com the following documents:
- Signed and stamped Mortgage Contract
- Copy of the Manager's Cheque issued by the bank for the final handover payment
Your Mortgage NOC, valid for 5 days, will be sent to your registered email within 1 business day.
Register Your Mortgage
Once you receive the NOC, complete your mortgage registration through a Dubai Land Department (DLD) Trustee Office. A mortgaged Pre-Title Deed for your property will be issued in the owner(s) name.
Make Your Final Payment & Collect Your Keys
Bring the original Manager’s Cheque for the final handover payment to your handover appointment.
