District 11 Opal Gardens

We are pleased to provide an update on the latest construction progress for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 as the development approaches completion.

Since our previous communication, we have achieved an important milestone with Building Completion Certificates (BCC) now secured for 204 villas within the community. Additionally, water and electricity meters have been installed and energised for all villas, establishing essential services.

The project is in its final phases, with snagging and de-snagging works ongoing throughout the community to ensure each home meets our quality standards prior to handover. In the coming months, the emphasis will remain on completing snagging activities as the development nears completion.
