The villas have continued to advance through their final stages this quarter, with steady progress across interior finishes and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works. Infrastructure and landscaping activities also remain active throughout the community, further shaping the external environment and shared spaces. A key milestone this quarter was the issuance of Building Completion Certificates (BCCs) for 219 villas, marking significant progress toward project finalisation.

In the coming months, work will focus on completing the final fix of aluminium façade elements, joinery installations, and MEP final connections. Progress will also continue on external and internal road networks, high-voltage network works, and landscaping enhancements across the community. The remaining villas will move through authority approval processes, bringing the development closer to full completion.
