Jebel Ali Village

The villas are nearing completion. Interior finishing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work are progressing across the homes, while external façades are being closed with aluminium and cladding elements. Infrastructure and landscaping work are also advancing, shaping the wider community environment. A significant milestone this quarter has been the receipt of Building Completion Certificates (BCC) for 130 villas.

Over the next three months, work will continue on joinery installations, MEP final fixes, aluminium and façade closure, and road networks within the community. Landscaping will expand further, and the remaining villas will move through authority approvals toward completion.
