Nakheel’s growing hospitality project portfolio comprises 18 hotels, resorts and serviced apartment developments with nearly 6,600 rooms and hotel apartments between them at various locations in Dubai. Two hotels, Premier Inn Dragon City and Premier Inn Ibn Battuta Dubai, are currently operational, with upcoming hotels at Deira Islands, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Village Triangle, and additional hotels at Dragon City and near Ibn Battuta Mall.
ibis Styles Dragon Mart Dubai features 251 guest rooms with modern facilities and is directly connected to Dragon Mart 2, which has shops and restaurants as well as a cinema complex. Ibis Styles Dragon Mart also provides a restaurant serving international cuisine, a conference room, a business center, free shuttle bus service as well as a play area for children. The hotel is just a 15-minute drive from Dubai International Airport and offers easy access to the city’s shopping and leisure destinations.
Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall offers 372 guestrooms complete with modern conveniences, including climate control, coffee/tea makers, Wi-Fi, an in-room safe and cable TV. The hotel is directly connected to Ibn Battuta Mall and its 400 shops, restaurants and entertainment outlets and is also linked to the Dubai Metro station. The hotel is located close to a beach and water park in addition to offering easy access to Dubai’s business and leisure districts.
Nakheel’s growing hospitality portfolio includes DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Khail Avenue, Premier Inn Dragon City, hotels at The Palm Tower and PALM360 on Palm Jumeirah, as well as ibis Dubai Jumeirah Village Circle. Deira Islands will also feature two joint venture resorts - Centara Deira Islands Beach Resort Dubai and RIU Dubai.
The upcoming 15-storey, 360-room AVANI Ibn Battuta Dubai is the second hotel at Ibn Battuta Mall. The hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, pool, gym and car park for 135 vehicles. It will be located next to the recently-opened link connecting the mall to the Dubai Metro.
A joint venture with Centara Hotels and Resorts will deliver a 607-room beachfront resort and water park, the first Centara establishment in the UAE. The sea-view and city-facing rooms cover a range of categories, with an emphasis on family-sized accommodation: 114 rooms are specifically for families, covering 450 square feet. There are also accessible rooms, standard rooms, deluxe rooms, suites and 1,200 square feet duplexes. The family-centric resort will also feature multiple restaurants, kids’ club, spa, fitness centre and business facilities.
A new, 256-room hotel at Jumeirah Village Triangle managed under the DoubleTree by Hilton brand will be directly linked to Al Khail Avenue. The hotel will also include an all-day restaurant, coffee shop, lounge, outdoor terrace, pool deck, gymnasium and car park, as well as a leisure club.
Located along the eastern edge of the sprawling Jumeirah Village Circle community, the 252-room ibis hotel will provide an economy hospitality offering, with an all-day restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, café, fitness centre, meeting room and car park. The hotel will span 126,000 square feet across 16 floors.
Premier Inn Dragon City is the second hotel at Dragon City. With a built-up area of 178,000 square feet across eight floors, the 304-room hotel will have a restaurant, Costa coffee shop and gym.
Raffles The Palm Dubai, located at PALM360 on Palm Jumeirah, will offer 125 hotel rooms and suites as well as fitness and wellbeing facilities at the Raffles Spa, Health Club and tennis court. PALM360 will feature a 155-metre long sky pool as well as a host of high-end dining outlets including two rooftop restaurants, a waterside restaurant, a speciality restaurant and a specially-designed lobby lounge serving top-flight fare. The luxury property will offer direct access to a private beach and will also feature a private beach club and children’s club.
A joint venture between Nakheel and leading Spanish hospitality group RIU Hotels & Resorts, the 800-room RIU Resort at Deira Islands will bring a new hospitality concept to Dubai, offering mid-scale, family-orientated, all-inclusive beachfront accommodation. The resort, RIU’s first in the Middle East, will be one of Dubai’s biggest in terms of hotel rooms. Located on a prime beachfront plot on Deira Islands, the resort will feature seven F&B outlets, three swimming pools, a fitness complex, children’s club and a water park.
The St Regis Dubai - The Palm will offer 289 guest rooms and suites, occupying the first 18 floors of The Palm Tower. The hotel will feature two swimming pools, including the one of the world's highest infinity pools. It will offer various dining experiences including a signature restaurant located on the 51st level, and an all-day restaurant and a public roof top viewing deck on the 52nd floor, as well as St. Regis Beach Club nearby.
